Evaluation of real estate for the purpose of sale - two-generation family house

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Oceňování nemovitosti za účelem prodeje se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů, které se týkají zpracovávaného tématu. V první části je stručně shrnuta historie znalectví a pozornost je věnována základním metodám oceňování nemovitostí v České republice. V druhé části jsou získané poznatky uplatněny při řešení praktického úkolu a je oceněna konkrétní nemovitost dvěma vybranými způsoby. V závěru práce jsou porovnány a vyhodnoceny výsledky ocenění.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis on the topic Evaluation of real estate for the purpose of sale deals with the explanation of basic terms relating to the elaborated topic. In the first part, the history of the expertise branch is briefly summarized, and the attention is paid to the basic methods of the real estate evaluation in the Czech Republic. In the second part, the gained knowledge is applied to solving the practical task and the particular real estate is evaluated by means of two selected methods. At the end of the thesis, the results of the evaluation are compared and assessed.
