Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá variantním návrhem obvodových stěn ve vlastním návrhu novostavby penzionu s celoročním provozem. Bude provedeno celkem pěr materiálových variant řešení obvodových zdí. Na navržené varianty budou vypracovány protokoly pomocí programu TEPLO, díky čemuž bude možné posoudit tepelně technické vlastnosti každé z nich, poté budou na jednotlivé návrhy zpracovány rozpočty, díky čemuž bude možné cenové posouzení. Rozpočty s výkazy výměr budou provedeny v rozpočtovém programu KROS4. Na základě tepelně technických vlastností a cenových náročností bude nakonec vybrána nejoptimálnější navržená varianta materiálového řešení obvodové stěny. Teoretická část práce čtenářům přiblíží obvodové stěny a jejich materiálové řešení, déle vysvětlí základní terminologii při hodnocení konstrukce dle tepelně technických hledisek a základní terminologii rozpočtování. Bakalářská práce vychází z projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení vypracovanou v předmětech ATL_1, ATL_2 a ATL_3 autorkou této práce. Součástí této práce je celá projektová dokumentace včetně bookletu a komentovaného posteru.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the variant design of the perimeter walls in the actual design of the new boarding house with year-round operation. A total of a few material variants of the perimeter wall solution will be made. Protocols will be prepared for the proposed variants using the TEPLO program, thanks to which it will be possible to assess the thermal technical properties of each of them, then budgets will be prepared for individual proposals, thanks to which a price assessment will be possible. Budgets with acreage statements will be implemented in the KROS4 budget program. Based on the thermal technical properties and cost requirements, the most optimal variant of the material solution of the perimeter wall will finally be selected. The theoretical part of the work introduces the readers to the perimeter walls and their material solutions, explains the basic terminology in the evaluation of the structure according to thermal technical aspects and the basic terminology of budgeting. The bachelor's thesis is based on project documentation for building permits developed in subjects ATL_1, ATL_2 and ATL_3 by the author of this thesis. Part of this work is the entire project documentation, including a booklet and an annotated poster.
