Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zkoumání četnosti uplatňování místních poplatků v obcích a celkových výnosů v České republice v letech 2010-2018. Teoretická část práce obsahuje charakteristiku příjmů územních rozpočtů a dále je popsána současná legislativa místních poplatků včetně historických změn. V praktické části je pak provedena analýza místních poplatků s důrazem na počet zavedených poplatků, celkové výnosy z poplatků i přepočet na obyvatele a rozdíly v jednotlivých velikostních kategoriích obcí a v krajích.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to examine the frequency of application of local fees in municipalities and total revenues in the Czech Republic in 2010-2018. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of revenues of local budgets and further describes the current legislation of local fees, including historical changes. In the practical part, an analysis of local fees is performed with emphasis on the number of introduced fees, total revenues from fees and conversion per capita and differences in individual size categories of municipalities and regions.
