Autonomic nervous system in patients with neurological diseases
Abstract:
Dizertační práce se zabývá studiem dysfunkce autonomního nervového systému a jejího dopadu na kvalitu života u pacientů s idiopatickou Parkinsonovou nemocí a u pacientů po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě. Stav autonomního nervového systému je hodnocen pomocí vyšetření variability srdeční frekvence a baroreflexní senzitivity.
Abstract:
This disseration thesis deals with autonomic nervous system dysfunction and its impact on the quality of life in patients with idiopathic Parkinson’s disease and in patients after ischemic cerebrovascular stroke. The state of autonomic nervous system is evaluated by the examination of heart rate variability and baroreflex sensitivity.
