Abstract:
V rámci ověřování kvality institucionální péče je často zjišťována i spokojenost samotných klientů. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit spokojenost seniorů s poskytovanou péčí ve vybraném zařízení sociálních služeb. K získání dat byl využit dotazník s pětibodovou Lickertovou škálou, kde 1 znamenalo rozhodně souhlasím a 5 rozhodně nesouhlasím. Data byla následně zpracována za pomoci popisné statistiky. Abstract:
As part of the verification of the quality of institutional care, the satisfaction of the clients is often detected. The aim of the work was to evaluate the satisfaction of seniors with the care provided in a selected social services facility.
