Abstract:
Vývoj mléčné žlázy probíhá, na rozdíl od ostatních orgánů, převážně po narození. V období puberty dochází k větvící morfogenezi, tedy růstu a větvení epitelových kanálků skrze okolní stoma tukového polštáře. Stroma je tvořená z extracelulární matrix a několika typů buněk, včetně fibroblastů. Abstract:
Mammary gland development occurs mostly after birth in contrast to other organs. During puberty the branching morphogenesis occurs, which is a process characterized by growth and branching of epithelial ducts through surrounding stroma of the fat pad.
