Product Management with a Focus on Testing and Checking of Goods

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se týká produktového managementu se zaměřením na testování a zkoušení zboží. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé pojmy, jako je kvalita, řízení kvality, testování a zkoušení zboží. Jsou zpracovány jednotlivé metody zkoušení a testování zboží. V praktické části jsou informace z teoretické části aplikované na společnost Tescoma s.r.o. ve Zlíně. Jsou rozepsány jednotlivé metody zkoušení používané ve firmě. Pro testování jsou využity srovnávací testy a dotazníkové šetření. Závěrem práce jsou uvedeny možnosti pro zlepšení zkušebních metod a kvality výrobků, které vyplynuli z odpovědí respondentů v dotazníkovém šetření.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis relates to product management with a focus on testing and checking of goods. The theoretical part describes the various concepts, such as quality, quality control, testing and checking of goods. They handled the various methods of testing and checking of goods. In the practical part of information theory often applied to Tescoma Ltd in Zlín. The chap-ter describes the different methods of analysis used in the company. To test are used com-parative tests and surveys. Finally, the work presents options for improving testing methods and quality of the products that emerged from the responses of the respondents in the survey.
