Front of house management at Brno City Theatre
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje postupům Front of house managementu, péči o zákazníka a implementaci těchto postupů do divadelního prostředí. Případová studie Městského divadla Brno, p.o. mapuje současnou situaci v divadle a na základě výsledků jsou navržena řešení pro zlepšení péče o diváka právě v tomto divadle.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on Front of House management, customer care and on the implementation of related techniques in the theatre. The case study of the Brno Municipal Theatre maps the current situation within this theatre and – based on the results – proposes solutions for the improvement of customer care in this particular theatre.
