Flow-based Monitoring of TNS Protocol
Abstract:
This thesis describes principles of Transparent Network Substrate protocol. It is focused on basic database operations and client information. It analyses posibilities of protocol monitoring using IP flows. It describes Flowmon exporter which was used for process_tns plugin implementation. It describes this plugin and verifies it.

Bakalárska práca popisuje fungovanie protokolu Transparent Network Substrate. Sústredí sa na základné operácie nad databázou a informácie o klientovi, ktorý sa k nej pripája. Analyzuje možnosti monitorovania protokolu pomocou tokov IP. Popisuje programové vybavenie exportéru Flowmon, ktorý bol využitý pre implementáciu procesného modulu process_tns.
