Mechanical properties of concrete reinforced with inorganic fibers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Mechanické vlastnosti betonů vyztužených anorganickými vlákny" se ve své teoretické části zabývá základním vysvětlením kompozitních materiálů, jejich využitím a popsáním technologie výroby. Také se zabývá stručným vysvětlením vlákenné výztuže a popsáním základních materiálů, které se použí-vají v této práci - sklo, čedič, uhlík. Je zde popsán synergický efekt, kompozitní matrice a výztuž. Experimentální část je rozdělena na části, kde je popsána výroba betonových kompozit-ních materiálů s vlákennou výztuží. Vyrobené vzorky byly testovány pomocí 3PB a Charpyho kladivem. Následně je zde výsledné zhodnocení jednotlivých použitých ma-teriálů. V závěru dochází ke zhodnocení naměřených a vypočítaných hodnot.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis entitled "Mechanical properties of concrete reinforced with inorganic fibres" in its theoretical part deals with the explanation of composite materials, their use and description of production technology. It also deals with a brief explanation of fiber reinforcement and a description of the basic materials used in this thesis - glass, basalt, carbon. The synergistic effect composite matrix and reinforcement are also described here. The experimental part is divided into sections where the production of concrete composite materials with fiber reinforcement is described. The produced samples were tested with 3PB and a Charpy hammer test subsequently, there is a final evaluation of the individual material used. In the end, the measured and calculated values are evaluated.
