Etické řízení a jeho aplikace ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce posuzuje, do jaké míry je aplikováno etické řízení ve vybrané organizaci a v případě zjištěných nedostatků je úkolem navrhnout taková opatření, která povedou k účinnější aplikaci etického řízení v praxi. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, které se týkají etického řízení, etického kodexu, vztahu etiky a morálky, podnikatelského prostředí, etiky v podnikání a dalších, které souvisejí s tématem. V aplikační část je představena společnost ve které bude analyzováno etické řízení. Firma se zaměřuje na servisní a opravárenskou činnost převážně pro zahraniční partnery. Firma zaměstnává 328 lidí. Součástí aplikační části je výzkum provedený v této firmě a to prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zaměstnanců, dotazníku spokojenosti zákazníka, rozhovoru s manažerem a analýzy dokumentů. Výsledky z výzkumu jsou vyhodnoceny a použity pro zodpovězení výzkumných otázek. V závěru jsou navržena nápravná opatření pro zlepšení stavu.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis assesses to what extent is the ethical management in the selected organization applied. In case of any detected imperfections, its aim is to suggest such measures which will lead to a more effective implementation of ethical management in practice. The theoretical part describes basic terms related to the ethical management, ethical code, relation between ethic and morality, business environment, ethic in business and other aspects related to the topic. The empirical part introduces the company where will be analyzed the ethical management. The company focuses on service and repair activity mainly for foreign business partners. The company employs 328 people. Part of the empirical part is the research conducted in this company by means of a questionnaire survey of the staff, a customer satisfaction questionnaire, an interview with a manager and the analysis of the documents. The results from research are appraised and used to answers for research questions. In the final part there are made a suggestion remedial measures for improvement situation.
