Helmintofauna vybraných myšic rodu <i>Apodemus<i/> se zaměřením na hlístice myšice temnopásé (<i>Apodemus agrarius<i/>)

Helmintofauna of selected mice of genus <i>Apodemus<i/> with focus on nematodes of striped field mouse (<i>Apodemus agrarius<i/>)

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá helmintofaunou myšic České republiky. Zvláště se zaměřuje na helminty žijící v gastrointestinálním traktu myšic (Apo-demus sylvaticus, A. flavicollis, A. uralensis a A. agrarius). Shrnuje důleži-té informace a popisuje skupiny parazitujících helmintů. Jedním z vý-stupů je sestavený check-list druhů helmintů celého světa, parazitují-cích na myšicích České republiky. Ve zdrojích použitých pro tvorbu check-listu bylo nalezeno 112 druhů parazitů, z toho dva druhy vrtej-šů, 16 druhů motolic, 32 druhů tasemnic a nejvíce bylo druhů hlístic, konkrétně 98. Byla provedena parazitologická pitva střev myšice tem-nopásé. Nalezené hlístice – Gongylonema sp. a Syphacia sp. byly pomocí morfologických znaků determinovány a byly z nich vytvořeny polotr-valé preparáty. Pro nalezené hlístice rodu Syphacia byly vypočítány základní epideiologické údaje – prevalence (33,33 %) a abundance (5,41). Jako organismy pro další výzkum byly vybrány hlístice Helig-mosomoides polygyrus a rod Syphacia.

Abstract:

This work deals with the helmintofauna of mice in the Czech Republic. It focuses on helminths living in the gastrointestinal tract of field mice (Apodemus sylvaticus, A. flavicollis, A. uralensis and A. agrarius). It sum-marizes important information and describes groups of parasitic hel-minths. One of the outputs is a compiled check-list of species of hel-minths from all over the world, parasitizing on mice in the Czech Re-public. 112 species of parasites were found in the sources used for the creation of the checklist, of which two species of thorny-headed worms, 16 species of tapeworms, 32 species of flukes and most species of roundworms, namely 98. A parasitological autopsy of the intestines of the striped field mouse was performed. Found nematodes – Gongy-lonema sp. and Syphacia sp. were determined using morphological fea-tures and semi-permanent preparations were made from them. Basic epideiological data - prevalence (33.33%) and abundance (5.41) were calculated for the found nematodes of the genus Syphacia. The nema-todes Heligmosomoides polygyrus and the genus Syphacia were selected as organisms for further research.
