The view of men and women to harmonization of family and work life

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na možnosti harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života. V teoretické části vymezuji pojmy rodina, gender, zaměstnání a harmonizice práce a rodiny. Také se zmiňuji o možnostech, které rodiče při harmonizaci mají. Tyto možnosti rozděluji na státní podporu harmonizace, prostředky harmonizace ze strany zaměstnavatele a ostatní možnosti. V praktické části se zaměřuji na zkoumání pohledu mužů a žen na harmonizaci rodinného a pracovního života. Výzkum je zaměřen na znalost možností harmonizace, ochotu využít některou s možností harmonizace a spokojenost s možnostmi harmonizace.

Abstract:

The work is focused on the possibility of harmonization of work and family life. The theorethical section defines family, gender, employment and harmonization of work and family. I mention the option that parents have to harmonize. I divide these options on state harmonization support, harmonizations means of the employer and other options. In the practical part I focused on examining the view of men and women to harmonization of family and work life. Research is focused on the knowledge about harmozation, wil-lingness to use options of harmonization and satisfaction with the possibilities of harmoni-zation.
