Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá účinkem rostlinných extraktů na mikroorganismy. Zaměřuje se na antimikrobiální účinky těchto extraktů, jichž se využívá v nejen potravinářství. Zabývala jsem se historií, jednotlivými skupinami účinných látek a rozebrala jsem způsoby získávání výtažků účinných látek z rostlin. Abstract:
This work deals with the effects of plant extracts on microorganisms. It is focused on the antimicrobial effect of these extracts, which are used not only in food industry. The history, chemical groups of active substances and ways of extract isolation are analyzed. Twelve plants and antimicrobial effects of their extracts are described.
