Využití mikrovolt T-wave alternans ve stratifikaci rizika náhlé srdeční smrti u pacientů s dysfunkcí levé komory
Use of microvolt T-wave alternans in risk stratification of sudden cardiac death in patients with left ventricular dysfunction
Abstract:
Základním smyslem naší práce bylo začlenit novou metodu mikrovolt T-wave alternans (MTWA) do standardního algoritmu vyšetření rizika náhlé srdeční smrti u pacientů s dysfunkcí levé komory bez ohledu na její etiologii a korelovat výsledky s výskytem maligních arytmií v dlouhodobém sledování. Díky její vysoké negativní prediktivní hodnotě jsme prokázali její možné využití ve skupině pacientů s ischemickou …moreAbstract:
The basic sense of our study was to introduce microvolt T-wave alternans (MTWA) into the standard algorithm of sudden cardiac death risk stratification in patients with left ventricular dysfunction of mixed etiology and to correlate the results of MTWA with the occurrence of malignant arrhythmias in long-term follow-up. Thanks to its high negative predictive value, MTWA is used for prediction of the …more
