V tejto bakalárskej práci sa zameriavam na autorskoprávnu ochranu softwaru a jeho prvkov. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti, v prvej časti sa venujem vymedzeniu základnej terminológie, platným právnym predpisom, otázke autorstva, spoluau-torstva alebo softwaru ako dielo.
