Dissolution testing of poorly soluble drug at various pH
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na studium vlivu složení a pH na rychlost uvolňování účinné látky z nalisovaných matricových tablet dvojího typu. Jedna formulace obsahuje alginát sodný, druhá alginát vápenatý. Jako modelová málo rozpustná účinná látka byla použita kyselina salicylová. Zjištěné závěry byly získány na základě regresní analýzy disolučních profilů. Rovněž byly stanoveny indexy bobtnání, eroze, …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to study the effect of composition and pH on the release rate of the active substance from the pressed matrix tablets of the dual type. One formulation contains sodium alginate, the other calcium alginate. Salicylic acid was used as model API. Results were obtained based on regression analysis of dissolution tests.
