Tato práce se zabývá tzv. svobodou v práci, což je přístup k vedení firem. Definuje ji a zjišťuje její pozitiva i negativa jak teoreticky, tak i prakticky. This thesis covers the topic of freedom at work which is an approach towards leadership. The paper gives a definition and finds out its positive and negative sites, both theoretically and practically. The goal of this thesis is to analyze this approach inside of a company Etnetera.
