Tato disertační práce kriticky analyzuje aplikaci a interpretaci tzv. “společného zločineckého plánu” (Joint Criminal Enterprise) Mezinárodním trestním tribunálem pro bývalou Jugoslávii na straně jedné a Zvláštním senátem pro válečné zločiny Soudu Bosny a Hercegoviny na straně druhé.Abstract:
