Abstract:
Cílem této práce je porovnání dvou typů exekuce ? exekuce správní a exekuce soudní. Hlavním předmětem tohoto porovnávání je popsání způsobů neboli typů těchto dvou druhů exekucí a seznámení se s celým průběhem exekučního řízení.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to compare two types of execution - execution of administrative and judicial enforcement. The main subject of this comparison is to describe methods or types of these two types of foreclosures and familiarity with the entire course of execution proceedings.
