Detection and security control of persons other than passengers in the conditions of public international airports in the Czech Republic - methods, procedures and risks

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku bezpečnostní kontroly a vstupu osob jiných než cestujících do neveřejných prostor mezinárodních letišť na území České republiky. Uvádí a vysvětluje základní pojmy letecké bezpečnosti a jejich zakotvení v našich zákonech a normách. Dále popisuje systém kontroly osob a používání identifikačních IDC karet. Popisuje jejich druhy a oblasti, do kterých umožňují svému majiteli vstup. V závěru této práce jsou popsána možná rizika vznikající vstupem zaměstnanců a ostatních osob vstupujících do prostor mezinárodních letišť v ČR. Dále závěr obsahuje návrh na minimalizaci těchto rizik a možná další zlepšení a opatření pro zvýšení bezpečnosti při vstupní kontrole.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on security control and entry of persons other than passengers to non-public areas of international airports in the Czech Republic. It introduces and explains the basic concepts of aviation security and their anchoring in our laws and standards. It also describes the system of person control and the use of IDC identification cards. It describes their species and areas into which they allow their owner to enter. In the conclusion of this work are described possible risks arising from the entry of employees and other persons entering the premises of international airports in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the conclusion contains a proposal to minimize these risks and possible further improvements and measures to increase security at the initial inspection.
