The use of occupational therapy in the sheltered workshops

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Využití ergoterapie v chráněných dílnách. Práce obsahuje dvě části: přehled teoretických poznatků a hlavní část práce. V teoretické části se zabývám zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, legislativou dílen s chráněnými pracovními místy a personálem těchto dílen, vlastní prací ergoterapeuta v této oblasti a využitím ergodiagnostiky. Ve speciální části se zaměřuji na mentální retardaci: etiologii, diagnostiku, klasifikaci a prevenci jejího vzniku. Dále pak na vzdělávání osob s mentální retardací a jejich následné možnosti dalšího rozvoje po dokončení vzdělávání. V závěru speciální části se zabývám ergoterapií u osob s mentální retardací. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na vstupní vyšetření, sestavení krátkodobého ergoterapeutického plánu a jeho realizaci, zhodnocení terapie, sestavení dlouhodobého ergoterapeutického plánu a na konec výstupní hodnocení klientky.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor paper is the utilization of occupational therapy in sheltered workshops. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical knowledge and main part. Subject matter of the theoretical part is the issue of employing individuals with disability, legislation of workshops providing sheltered occupation, workshops' staff, work of occupational therapist itself and utilization of ergodiagnostics. The especial part is focused on mental retardation: etiology, diagnostics, classification and prevention of mental retardation development. Further on education of individuals with mental retardation and possibilities of development after finishing education. The conclusion of this part is concerned with occupational therapy of individuals with mental retardation. Main part of the thesis deals with initial examination, creation of short-time plan of occupational therapy and its realization, therapy evaluation, creation of long-time plan of occupational therapy and at last final evaluation of the client.
