Abstract:

Kučera, Š. Využití poznatků z behaviorální ekonomie k zatraktivnění III. pilíře dů-chodového pojištění v ČR. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku nízké účasti mladších věkových kategorií ve III. pilíři důchodového pojištění v ČR. Práce obsahuje podrobný popis základ-ních pojmů behaviorální ekonomie, zaměřuje se na zkušenosti s využitím behavio-rálních poznatků při modifikaci penzijních schémat v zahraničí a také na současný stav III. pilíře v České republice a identifikaci jeho silných a slabých stránek. Cílem práce je zjistit důvody nízké účasti ve III. pilíři a zároveň zjistit, která behaviorální opatření by přispěla k jeho zatraktivnění. Vyhodnocení proběhlo na základě do-tazníkového šetření 205 respondentů. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny konkrétní doporučení a návrhy, které by měly vést k zatraktivnění III. pilíře.

Kucera, S. Application of knowledge from behavioral economics to make the third pillar of pension insurance in the Czech Republic more attractive. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2021. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of low participation of younger age categories in the third pillar of pension insurance in the Czech Republic. The ba-chelor contains a detailed description of the basic concepts of behavioral econo-mics, it focuses on experience with the use of behavioral knowledge in the modifi-cation of a foreign pension schemes, as well as on the current state of the third pillar in the Czech Republic and the identification of its strengths and weaknesses. The thesis aims to identify the reasons for the low participation in the third pillar and determine which behavioral measures would contribute to it attractiveness. The evaluation was executed on the basis of a questionnaire survey of 205 respondents. Specific recommendations and proposals are presented at the end of the thesis, which should lead to the attractiveness of the third pillar.
