Utilization of signal reconstruction in optical imaging and metrology.

Abstract:

This Thesis is focused on a theoretical research in the field of tomographic techniques aiming to reconstruct difficult to measure light properties. Particular attention is paid to the Shack-Hartmann wavefront tomography and corresponding coherence measurement. Data-pattern technique is analyzed along with the standard detector tomography. The efficient algorithm for optimizing data-pattern tomography is proposed and tested on a relevant numerical simulation. We also present the reconstruction of a nonclassical light measured by a time multiplexed detection. The thesis also includes a completeness analysis of some reconstruction approaches.

Abstract:

Tato disertační práce je zaměřena na teoretický výzkum tomografických technik s cílem rekonstruovat těžko měřitelné vlastnosti světla. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována Shack-Hartmannově senzoru a příslušnému měření částečně koherentního signálu. V práci je rovněž analyzována metoda data-pattern společně se standardní tomografií detektoru. Dále je popsán algoritmus optimalizující metodu data-pattern, jehož efektivita byla testována na odpovídající numerické simulaci. Metoda data-pattern byla využita v rámci rekonstrukce neklasického stavu světla z dat zaznamenaných časově multiplexovaným měřením. Práce rovněž obsahuje analýzu úplnosti některých rekonstrukčních technik.
