Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Subjektivní hodnocení dodržování etických zásad na operačním sále se zabývá problematikou etického přístupu mezi lidmi na operačním sále, včetně pacienta, jejich komunikací a vzájemnými vztahy. Teoretická část čerpá z odborné literatury a uvádí čtenáře do problematiky dodržování etických zásad v perioperační péči. V průzkumné části jsou analyzovány polo-strukturované rozhovory s pracovníky operačních sálů, které reflektují etický přístup jejich spolupracovníků.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis titled Subjective evaluation of compliance with ethical principles in the operating room deals with the issue of ethical approach between people in the operating room, including the patient, their communication and mutual relations. The theoretical part contains a description of the issue related to the observance of ethical principles in the operating room. In the research part, interviews with operating room workers are processed through open coding and subsequent conceptualization. The aim is to find out if operating room workers follow ethical principles.
