Abstract:
Tématem mé diplomové práce je pojetí spotřebitele v rámci států Evropské unie a vliv pokračující integrace na národní právní úpravy v této oblasti. Zabývá se nejdůležitějšími směrnicemi, týkajícími se nekalé soutěže, pojetím spotřebitele vytvořeným Evropským soudním dvorem a významnými změnami, kterými v minulých letech prošlo německého práva nekalé soutěže.
Abstract:
Subject matter of my degree dissertation is the concept of the consumer in the states of the European union and the influence of the progressive integration on national legal systems in this area.
