Building a dictionary for teaching/learning Social Pedagogy in English

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the building of the dictionary concerning with the field of social pedagogy. The translation generally is described in the theoretical part, as well as its basic rules, important terminology and possible problems which may occur during the translational process. The field of lexicography is described as well as the types of dictionaries, especially the bilingual dictionary. There is a completed bilingual dictionary enclosed and procedures which led to the creation of the dictionary described in the practical part of the thesis.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou slovníčku pro výuku sociální pedagogiky v angličtině. V teoretické části je popsán překlad ze všeobecné stránky {--} jeho základní pravidla, důležité pojmy, které je nutno pro správný překlad znát a možné problémy, se kterými se překladatel při tvorbě cílového textu střetává. Bakalářská práce dále popisuje problematiku lexikografie, druhy slovníků, ale především je zaměřena na slovník dvojjazyčný. Jako příloha této bakalářské práce je přiložen sestavený právě dvojjazyčný slovník a v praktické části jsou popsány postupy, pomocí kterých byl vytvořen.
