Entry to the foreign market

Abstract:

Hlavním předmětem práce je objasnit principy fungování mezinárodního obchodu, zejména pak vystihnout klíčové prvky při vstupu obchodní společnosti na pole mezinárodního podnikání. Teoreticky pojatá část diplomové práce je zaměřena zprvu na základní informace orientující se na vymezení významu a smyslu mezinárodních obchodních transakcí, objasnění strategie a plánování včetně příslušných rizik, která plynou z mezinárodních obchodních aktivit. Další kapitoly teoretické části přináší pohled na nejčastěji používané metody a analýzy související s marketingovou a obchodní části firmy. Prostor bude věnován též formám vstupu organizace na zahraniční trh. Praktická část nabídne přímou aplikaci teoretických poznatků na reálně fungující obchodní organizaci s cílem expandovat na zahraniční trh. Pozornost bude věnována náležitostem a úkonům souvisejících se vstupem domácí instituce na nový zahraniční trh. Závěr praktické části uvede i náklady na zmíněnou expanzi a rozšíření i předpokládané a očekávané výnosy z této aktivity.

Abstract:

The main objective of this project is to clarify the principles of international trade, especially to capture the key elements of the company in entering the field of international business. Theoretical part of the thesis is aimed on the basic information focusing on defining the meaning and importance of international business transactions, clarifying strategy and planning, including the risks that arise from international trade activities. Other chapters of theoretical part gives an overview to the most frequently used methods and analysis related to marketing and sales of the company. Other area is also devoted to the forms of organization entering into foreign markets. The practical part is will offer a direct application of theoretical knowledge to real business organization aiming to expand into foreign markets. Attention will be paid to the formalities and acts related to domestic institution entering a new foreign market. Conclusion of the practical part will indicate the cost of expansion and extension as well as expected revenues from this activity.
