Correlation between respiratory dysfunction and chronic neck pain.

Abstract:

Chronic neck pain is one of the most common conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system, in fact, it is estimated that about two-thirds of the population will accuse it at least once in their lifetime. The growing number of patients accused of this disease has aroused, in the researchers, constant interest in its manifestations and strategies for treating this disease. Today's research is linking this issue to the respiratory system analysis, hoping to get the optimum management of these patients.

Abstract:

La cervicalgia cronica aspecifica ? una delle pi? frequenti condizioni che affliggono il sistema muscoloscheletrico, infatti, si stima che circa i due terzi della popolazione la accuseranno almeno una volta nel corso della loro vita. La sempre pi? crescente casistica di pazienti che accusano questa patologia ha suscitato, negli studiosi, un costante interesse relativo alle sue manifestazioni e alle strategie di trattamento di questa patologia. Le odierne ricerche stanno mettendo in correlazione questa problematica con l'analisi del sistema respiratorio, con la speranza di ottenere l'ottimizzazione della gestione di questi pazienti.
