Abstract:
Účelem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s tím, co jsou investiční celky, jak je tento pojem z právního a ekonomického hlediska definován, vysvětlit jednotlivé předpoklady potřebné k jejich úspěšným dodávkám včetně vysvětlení možností jejich financování. Další část práce čtenáře provede procesem kontraktace zahrnujícím objasněním jednotlivých druhů předkontraktačních studií, seznámí čtenáře …more
Abstract:
The main aim of this work is to give an overview what is a capital equipment and why is an international delivery of a capital equipment so important. It also gives the reader guidelines which terms and clauses should he use in a contract and that problems should he expect.
