Oposition of New Religious Movements
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá opozicí nových náboženských hnutí, tj. širokou škálou skupin a organizací, které se snaží oslabit vliv nových náboženských hnutí. Pozornost je věnována historickému vývoji opozice nových náboženských hnutí v USA a Evropě, její ideologiii, argumentačním prostředkům, aktivitám a schopnosti ovlivňovat náboženský život v daných společnostech.
Abstract:
This essay deals with the opposition to the new religious movements, ie the wide range of groups and organizations, which try to diminish the influence of the new religious movements. Attention is paid to the historical development of this opposition in the U.S.A. and Europe, its ideology, argumentation abilities, activities, and the overall ability to influence the religious life of the particular …more
