Bioanalytical applications of nanoparticles
Abstract:
This master's thesis deals with the synthesis and characterization of CdTe nanoparticles based on quantum dots with two coating ligands -- 3-mercaptopropionic acid and glutathione. In the presence of the cofactor NADH, the quenching of the fluorescence of nanoparticles of various sizes and concentrations was investigated. Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá syntézou a charakterizáciou nanočastíc CdTe na bázi kvantových bodiek s dvomi pokrývacími činidlami -- kyselinou 3-merkaptopropiónovou a glutatiónom.
