Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studií proveditelnosti pro vstup maloobchodní prodejny s dětským oblečením na trh. Tato studie bude sledovat kroky podnikatelského projektu a zodpoví otázku, zda je tato podnikatelská vize realizovatelná. Teoretická část obsahuje pojmy a poznatky týkající se podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části bude provedena analýza konkurence, taktéž analýza konkurenčních sil. …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with a feasibility study for a retail unit with children's clothing entering Czech market. The study follows up the steps of the business plan. Very important is to find out whether the business vision is practicable, viable and whether such business might be competitive. In the theoretical is discussed basic information about the business plan, its structure and content. …more
