Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kyselinou chlorgenovou, antioxidantem z řad fenolických látek, obsaženým v rostlinných plodech. Popisuje strukturu kyseliny a její významné účinky. Dále se zabývá kávovými zrny a obsahem kyseliny chlorgenové v nich. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with chlorogenic acid, an antioxidant from among phenolic substances contained in plant fruits. It describes the structure of the acid and its significant effects. It also deals with coffee beans and their chlorogenic acid content.
