The incidence and mortality of renal cell carcinoma in the Czech Republic are among the highest in the world. Nearly 40% of cases are diagnosed at advanced or metastatic stage. Incidence a mortalita renálního karcinomu v České republice patří mezi nejvyšší na světě. Téměř 40% případů je diagnostikováno v pokročilém nebo metastatiském stadiu. Pro přežívání pacientů je proto důležitý časný záchyt onemocnění. Tato práce se zabývá studiem molekul piRNA v tkáních a séru pacientů s renálním karcinomem.
