Survey and Pathogenic Potential of Non-tuberculous Mycobacteria Isolated in Laboratory for Microbiological Diagnostic of Tuberculosis and Mycobacteriosis
Abstract:
V práci je uvedený celkový přehled netuberkulózních, atypických neboli podmíněně patogenních mykobakterií izolovaných v roce 2009 z klinických vzorků v laboratoři pro mikrobiologickou diagnostiku tuberkulózy a mykobakterióz Zdravotního ústavu se sídlem v Brně. Identifikované druhy jsou rozděleny dle závislosti na rychlosti růstu a je uveden stručný přehled vlastností jednotlivých species.
Abstract:
This work contains an overview of nontuberculous, atypical or conditionally pathogenic mycobacteria that were isolated in 2009 from clinical samples. The study was done in the laboratory for microbiological diagnosis of tuberculosis and mycobacterial infection of the Health Institute, based in Brno.
