Vznik a důsledky zadluženosti

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzniku a důsledků zadluženosti v moderním Českobudějovicku. Zkoumá sociální a ekonomické dopady tzv. dluhové pasti a také způsoby oddlužení a insolvence po schválení zákona 182 / 2006 Sb. Tyto otázky podrobně vysvětluje analyticko-praktická část práce, jejíž základnou je dotazníkové šetření obyvatel Českých Budějovic.
Abstract:
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the origins of heavy indebtedness spreading among the population of České Budějovice and with its consequences. It sheds light on social and economic effects of so- called debt spiral and on the ways of debt liquidation and insolvency, especially after the Insolvency law no. 182 / 2006 Sb. was passed and implemented.
