Diplomová práce je zaměřena na Manažerské hry, jakožto efektivní nástroj získávání znalostí. V teoretické části vymezuje pojmy jako jsou znalosti, tým, systém, simulace, počítačové modelování a naznačuje jejich spojitost s manažerskými hrami. Diploma thesis is focused on Business games, as an effective tool for knowledge obtaining. In theoretical part, it defines terms like : knowledge, team, system, simulation and computer modeling and their connection with business games.
