Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou koncepce Informačního a kulturního centra Jáchymov. Cílem této práce je vytvořit návrh na zlepšení i rozšíření nabídky služeb vybraného turistického informačního centra. This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of the concept of the Information and Culture Center Jachymov. The goal of this thesis is to create a suggestion of an improvement and an extension service's offer of the selected tourist information center.
