Tato práce se zabývá stravou mobilních společností v arktické a subarktické oblasti se zaměřením na rizika parazitárních přenosů na člověka. Od popisu oblastí, ve kterých dané společnosti žijí, postupuje k popisu života několika vybraných populací, aby obsáhla možná rizika nákazy parazity. Abstract:
This thesis deals with diet of mobile societies in Arctic and Subarctic areas while attempting to cover the risk of transfer of the parasites on humans. The work starts with the description of areas inhabited by given societies, then proceeds with description of several selected population’s living habits in order to unfold potential risks of foodborne parasites in it.
