Hlavním zaměřením práce je zmapování současných fyzických a sociálních problémů našich panelových sídlišť. V práci jsou vysvětleny příčiny jejich vzniku a důvody pro jejich odstranění. V obecné rovině je práce primárně zaměřena na fyzické problémy panelových sídlišť, zejména na nedostatky staveb veřejných prostranství. Main purpose of this thesis is to determine present physical and social problems of our panel urban settlements. Thesis explains origin of its formation and reasons for to remove it. In general, thesis is primarily focused on constructional issues of urban settlements, mainly on lack of public space constructions.
