Abstract:

Tato práce zkoumá politické rasy "vakcinační diplomacie" jako oblast globálního soupeření o moc mezi zeměmi. Cílem diplomové práce je na příkladu Číny prozkoumat, jak se vakcíny staly novým diplomatickým nástrojem zahraniční politiky zemí a jak může Čína rozšířit svůj globální vliv na mezinárodní scéně a do kterých zemí bude čínská diplomacie směřovat. Základem pro analýzu v této práci jsou informace zvýrazněné čínskou tiskovou agenturou v oznámení, že vakcíny vyrobené v Číně se stanou „globálním veřejným statkem“, a dodat, že vakcíny budou distribuovány za rozumné ceny v rozvojových zemích a v některých zemích zdarma. Také v této práci je studována vakcinační diplomacie ČLR jako nástroj pro rozvoj její měkké, tvrdé a ostré síly. Úspěch vakcíny nejen obohatí společnost, která ji vyvinula, ale také poskytne vládě, která ji získá, první významný mezinárodní vliv a obrovskou odpovědnost.

Abstract:

This thesis examines the political races of "vaccination diplomacy" as an area of global competition for power between countries. The aim of the diploma thesis is to examine how vaccines have become a new diplomatic tool of countries' foreign policy on the example of China, and how China can expand its global influence on the international stage and to which countries Chinese diplomacy will be directed. The basis for the analysis in this work is the information highlighted by the Chinese news agency in the announcement that vaccines made in China will become a "global public good" and add that vaccines will be distributed at reasonable prices in developing countries and free in some countries. Also in this thesis, vaccine diplomacy of PRC is studied as a tool for the development of it's soft, hard and sharp power. The success of a vaccine will not only enrich the society that developed it, but will also give the government that acquires it its first significant international influence and enormous responsibility.
