Abstract:
Obsahem této bakalářské práce bylo na základě informací získaných vypracováním literární rešerše studium bakteriofágů s přihlédnutím na jejich využití ve vědě a výzkumu. Hlavním tématem byl princip fágové terapie a její hlavní činitelé, lytické enzymy. Praktická část zahrnovala přípravu rekombinantního lytického proteinu. Hlavním cílem experimentu byla optimalizace přípravy proteinu.
Abstract:
Based on the knowledge gathered during the writing of a literature review, this thesis was aimed to study of bacteriophages with regard to their use in science and research. The main topic was the principle of phage therapy and its main actors, lytic enzymes. The practical part included the development of recombinant lytic protein.
