Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce má za cíl zjistit spokojenost klientů s kvalitou poskytnutých lázeňských služeb v Kamenných lázních a Lázeňském domě Beethoven. Získaná data budou vyhodnocena a porovnána. Na základě výsledků výzkumu bude možné identifikovat případné nedostatky a navrhnout pro ně možná řešení. Abstract:
This diploma thesis aims to find out the satisfaction of clients with the quality of provided spa services in the stone spa and spa house Beethoven. The obtained data will be evaluated and compared. Based on the results of the research, it will be possible to identify possible deficiencies and propose possible solutions for them.
