Diplomová práce je zaměřena na výsledky kultivace z pochvy v 36. týdnu gravidity ve vztahu k termínu porodu a stavu novorozence (Apgar, Astrup). Teoretická část se zabývá fyziologií a patologií poševního prostředí, prenatální péčí, infekcí v graviditě, Apgar skóre a také vyšetřením parametru ABR nazývaným Astrup. Abstract:
The thesis focused on the results of the vaginal culture in the 36th week of pregnancy in relation to the term of delivery and condition of the newborn (Apgar, Astrup). The theoretical part deals with the physiology and patology of the vaginal environment, prenatal care, infections during pregnancy, Apgar scores and ABR testing parameter called Astrup.
