Making Use of the Experience Gained by Academic Staff during Psychotherapeutic Training

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma využití zkušenosti získané z absolvování terapeutického výcviku u akademických pracovníků, rovněž na přínosy a limity, která jim tato zkušenost přináší profesně při výuce na vysoké škole, v interakci se studenty. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování a objasnění klíčových pojmů, mezi které patří pojmy jako akademický pracovník, metody výuky, osobnost akademického pracovníka, kompetence. Představen je také základní rámec pro realizaci výzkumu, jehož cílem je zjistit, zda a v jakých oblastech využívají akademičtí pracovníci znalosti a dovednosti získané absolvováním sebezkušenostního terapeutického výcviku při výkonu jejich povolání. V navazující praktické části je představeno realizované výzkumní šetření, výzkumné otázky, design výzkumu a metoda sběru dat. Následuje analýza a vyhodnocení získaných dat z výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the topic of the use of the experience gained from completing therapeutic training for academics, as well as the benefits and limitations that this experience brings to them both professionally in their teaching at university and in their interaction with students. The theoretical part focuses on defining and clarifying key concepts, which include concepts such as academic staff, teaching methods, personality of the academic staff, and competencies. Basic framework for conducting the research which aims to find out whether and in what areas academic staff use the knowledge and skills acquired through the completion of self-experiential therapy training in their profession is introduced. The subsequent practical section presents the research investigation conducted. This is followed by the analysis and evaluation of the data obtained from the research investigation.
