Mým cílem je podat souhrnný přehled o principu spravedlivé odměny za práci a jeho uplatňování v rámci vnitropodnikového mzdového systému. Za tímto účelem se pokusím rozebrat platný legislativní rámec principu spravedlivé mzdy jak z hlediska vnitrostátního práva, tak práva komunitárního.
