Dokument se věnuje problematice organizování a koordinaci projektů ve firmě. Popisuje podstatu projektu, postupy a způsoby organizace. Aplikační část srovnává teorii s konkrétními zkušenostmi z firem, které realizují řadu projektů a hodně řeší koordinaci projektů. Dokument popisuje kolize při organizování a doporučení jak je zvládat lépe.
Abstract:
The document relates to the subject of organization and coordination of projects in a company. It describes the principle of a project, processes and organization. The application part shows a comparison of specific experiences from companies, that carry out a number of projects and have to deal with project coordination.
