Diplomová práce se zmiňuje o historii managementu kvality a environmentálního managementu a popisuje jejich základní koncepce. Práce blíže pojednává o získání a obnově certifikátu podle normy ISO 9001 pro systém managementu kvality a podle normy ISO 14001 pro systém environmentálního managementu a snaží se identifikovat pozitiva i negativa efektivního systému managementu kvality a environmentu. This diploma work refers to the history of quality management and environmental management and describes their basic concepts. The work is closely focused on the implementation and renewal of a certificate according to ISO 9001 for quality management system and ISO 14001 for environmental management system and tries to identify positive and negative aspects of effective quality and environmental management …more
