Cílem teoretické části práce je prozkoumání vztahu, který se vytváří, když vlastníci najímají manažery, aby řídili jejich společnosti. Popisuje možnosti, které mají vlastníci k dispozici k ovlivňování chování manažerů ve svůj prospěch. The aim of theoretical part is to explore the relationship, which forms when owners hire managers to lead their company. It describes possibilities how can owners control their manner and influence it into own profit.
